Regenta is a B2B SaaS platform helping employers stay compliant with rapidly changing employment laws through AI-powered handbooks, policy updates, and incident-response tools. Our customers are SMBs, founders, HR leaders, and operators who want to avoid lawsuits and operational chaos without hiring expensive legal teams.

We are building a category-defining compliance platform, and lead generation is mission-critical to our growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who lives and breathes B2B SaaS demand generation, with a deep specialization in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

This role is not about brand fluff or vanity metrics. It’s about predictable, scalable, high-intent leads.

You will own paid acquisition end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization, with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads as our primary growth channel.

What You’ll Own
  • Meta Ads strategy and execution for B2B SaaS lead generation
  • Building, testing, and scaling campaigns focused on:
  • Lead forms
  • Landing page conversions
  • Demo bookings
  • Waitlists and gated access flows
  • Audience strategy including:
  • Founders, CEOs, business owners
  • HR leaders and operators
  • Lookalikes, retargeting, and funnel segmentation
  • Creative testing framework:
  • Messaging angles (fear, compliance risk, time savings, cost avoidance)
  • Static, carousel, and video ads
  • Hook testing and rapid iteration
  • Funnel optimization:
  • Ad → landing page → conversion flow
  • Cost per lead (CPL), cost per demo, and lead quality
  • Budget ownership and performance reporting
  • Working closely with product and founders to align ads with real product value
What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS lead generation experience
  • Proven success running Meta Ads for B2B products (not e-commerce)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Lead gen vs. demand gen
  • Funnel economics
  • Attribution limitations in B2B
  • Experience optimizing for quality, not just volume
  • Ability to clearly explain why something worked or didn’t
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing to SMBs, founders, or HR teams
  • Familiarity with legal tech, HR tech, or compliance software
  • Experience integrating Meta Ads with CRMs and lead routing systems
  • A strong opinion on what makes B2B Meta Ads actually work (and what doesn’t)

  • Not influencer or content-first marketing
  • Not “boosting posts” or brand awareness fluff
  • Not e-commerce tactics copy-pasted into B2B
