What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and implement loyalty strategies and operational rules for client loyalty programs
• Collaborate with IT Testing Team to test loyalty programs and promotional offers prior to launch
• Monitor loyalty promotions and provide validation results to the CSS Parameter Review Board
• Utilize Data Warehouse and First Data resources for reward program reporting
• Audit key reward process control points to ensure high-quality operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of IT experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of IT experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the credit card or payments industry
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with First Data systems
• Strong demonstration of experience with First Data Fiserv/First Data systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with First Data systems including DMM, IDP, and AFP
• Hands-on experience with First Data Rewards systems or other credit card loyalty programs
• Proven ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills and quality orientation
