An innovative startup is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to identify and engage educational content creators. You will build a robust pipeline, ensure excellent customer interactions, and support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should have at least a year of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and full fluency in English. Embracing ambiguity and working flexibly is essential. ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
  • Davide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus.
  • Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Identify new potential educational content creators fitting WeLearn's requirements and traits.
  • Build a pipeline of potential new creators across various industries and geographies.
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction and communication.
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our database and provide new ideas and suggestions to optimize the funnel's process.
  • Identify and promptly inform our top leadership about new business niches, opportunities and ideas.
  • Work directly with our Co-Founder and support him in the crucial decision-making process.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 1 years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor Degree is required.
  • A Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Full Professional Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in any other primary language is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work full-time and on a flexible schedule, you manage independently your own time.
