Responsabilidades

  • Facilitate Scrum rituals, including Sprint Planning and Retrospective.
  • Remove impediments faced by team members.

  • Create user stories and report team statuses.

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support development squads in our operation. Our main goal is to implement the SAFe framework of a sensor technology firm dedicated to optimizing retail and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum rituals, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
  • Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with other squads and teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the client's Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
  • Collaborate with the client's Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives and deliverables.
  • Create user stories and report team statuses.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and the client's stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of a healthy and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
