This role is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be remote in India or Brazil.

Role: IT APM Engineer

Location: Brazil (Remote)

Work Time Zone: PST overlap

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 12+ Months

Why This Role Matters

This role directly supports our enterprise-wide transformation by enabling smarter technology investments, reducing redundancy, and aligning IT capabilities with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• LeanIX Data Stewardship: Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes. Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.
• Application Rationalization: Evaluate applications for business value (strategic alignment, user impact, cost efficiency). Assess technical value (scalability, integration readiness, security posture, supportability). Identify candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.
• Technology Mapping & Future Planning: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies. Support decision‑making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights, validate data, facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.
• Reporting & Insights: Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision‑making. Provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.
• Hands‑on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) is required.

Travel & Physical Eligibility

5%-15% travel as per business requirements.
