A leading construction equipment manufacturer in Piracicaba, Brazil, is seeking candidates for the ITDP program. Participants will work on diverse teams for up to three years to develop their technical skills. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields and have pre-advanced English proficiency. Benefits include medical and dental plans, private pension, meal assistance, and a supportive group environment, with the requirement to work onsite five days a week. Posting dates are from December 17, 2025, to January 7, 2026.

ITDP participants work on various teams for three years, with projects lasting 12‑18 months. This setup allows you to diversify your technical skills and build a strong professional network.
Technical Analysis and Technical Excellence: Knowledge of concepts, methodologies, and activities in technical analysis; ability to forecast the direction of the technical landscape using technical indicators and take collective actions. Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
Hardware and Systems Software Infrastructure: Knowledge of computer architecture and systems programming; ability to design, build, and integrate IT hardware into multi‑platforms for the organization. Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction; ability to design and build a fundamental architecture of operating systems, database management systems, communications protocols, compilers, and other development tools.
System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan, and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines, or documents on standards, processes, and applications.
