Integration Suite Specialist

Join to apply for the Integration Suite Specialist role at RHI Magnesita.

As an Integration Suite Specialist, you will play an important role in the Digital Transformation of RHI Magnesita, being a key individual for accountability, validating and proposing design solutions, creating POCs, staying in touch with external suppliers to ensure the best solutions and integration practices are followed, and developing the diverse integrations between SAP and digital products within the company.

You will develop and support main initiatives, being part of the Integrated Business Services department.

Your focus lies on aligning the architecture with the rest of the team, establishing a great partnership with diverse product owners, supporting our internal customers and development teams, and implementing the agreed and prioritized interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate best integration architecture for each project / product
• Ensure interfaces are secure and stable
• Monitor interfaces and propose optimizations when possible
• Partner with other architects, developers, and engineers to facilitate the deployment of solutions
• Demonstrate ability to work within an Agile project delivery methodology
• Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and process changes regularly
• Oversee and mentor junior software developers, and report to management

• A full-time position (40 hours / week) in the FBSC – Software Development Special Applications department at headquarters in Brazil (Contagem)

Qualifications

• High-level expertise in SAP Integration Suite, participating in various projects and landscapes, adopting best practices and providing intelligent and efficient interfaces
• Background on deploying solutions adopting agile techniques, focusing on maximizing value to customers
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Experience with Cloud integration platforms, especially SAP Integration
• Previous experience with CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integrations) and / or HCI is an advantage
• Knowledge of Groovy Scripts and experience in message mappings and XSLTs
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying integrations, including adapters such as SFTP, REST, JDBC, Mail, SAP Idocs, HTTP, and APIs (SOAP and REST)
• Desirable experience in SAP API Management, Integration Assessment, B2B scenarios
• Basic knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S / 4HANA
• Experience in all project phases, with 2 end-to-end implementations desirable
• Knowledge of other SAP solutions such as Concur, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc. is a plus
• Previous experience in SAP PI / PO and Event Mesh concepts is an advantage
• Authentication and authorization basic concepts required
• Experience with SAP and ABAP is an advantage
• Java programming skills and experience with Portal Development Kit is good to have
• Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban
• Fluency in English, written and verbal; other languages considered an asset
