The ideal candidate should have around 2 years of instructional design experience, be proficient in creating storyboards, and familiar with e-learning authoring tools. This role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of instructional design models. Salary ranges from $15 to $25 per hour.

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support our learning teams across several active and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years of experience who is comfortable working with content, organizing information, and preparing storyboards and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create storyboards and clear content structures based on curriculum maps and SME input.
• Prepare and maintain instructional documents.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather missing details, clarify technical points, and ensure content accuracy.
• Review provided materials to identify inconsistencies or gaps and communicate them promptly.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in instructional design.
• Understanding of instructional design models (Gagné, Merrill, ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and vILT.
• Strong written English and attention to instructional and editorial detail.
• Ability to work with technical content (STEM familiarity is a plus, not required).
• Strong communication skills, good information-structuring skills and attention to details.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise / Storyline, Captivate, etc.).

Hourly rate : 15$ - 25$
