Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience with instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills for developing learning content.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage, organize, and update course modules and user enrollments.
  • Assist with needs analysis and alignment of learning objectives.
  • Support the design and sequencing of eLearning courseware.
  • Translate raw content into instructional materials.
  • Monitor LMS usage reports and track revision cycles.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with basic multimedia production (scripting, storyboarding, coordinating media assets)
  • Experience translating SME, technical, or raw content into accessible instructional materials
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG)
  • Experience conducting usability testing and quality assurance for digital learning solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment
