Inside Sales Representative for the Brazilian Market

Our company has one vacancy for a Remote Full-Time Inside Sales role based in Brazil.

This position will be focused on business development in the machine manufacturing industry in Brazil.

Our client wishes to expand existing farming business and grow new hunting markets.

Responsibilities

Run multiple product / service campaigns annually, each with three core objectives : revenue target, pipeline target, and account coverage target.

Track these targets systematically in real time.

Utilise CRM tools and outbound telephone techniques (cold calling, account management) along with digital sales methods such as email, LinkedIn, video conferencing, online fairs / events, and blog posting.

Find, nurture, and qualify new sales opportunities, working closely with field sales managers across business units and countries.

Once qualified, hand the opportunity to the field manager for pricing, negotiating, and closing.

Continue to support and collaborate with the field manager until the deal is won.

Structure

Report to the Inside Sales Team Manager; work remotely, ideally in São Paulo.

40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

The company will provide necessary hardware and support for home‑office set‑up.

Start date planned for January .

Experience or transferable skill from a sales, marketing, or sales support role is required.

Experience working to time‑based targets.

Agile learning — demonstrate what you have done to become a successful sales professional.

Some domestic and international travel.
