The Opportunity

We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Specialist – Modern Work & Cloud for our IT Backoffice team in Brazil - Remote, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. This role is open to candidates in Brazil only.

The IT team enables Wellhub’s success by maintaining a secure, efficient, and accessible technology environment. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage modern work and cloud solutions, leveraging platforms such as Google Workspace and Azure, with a focus on server infrastructure and AI-driven integration. You will help drive IT engineering initiatives, develop scalable solutions, and foster an engineering culture emphasizing automation, scalability, and knowledge sharing. You will safeguard digital assets, ensure seamless access for a global workforce, shape IAM strategy, and optimize IT infrastructure to support growth.

Your Impact

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure and solutions for modern workplaces, with a focus on cloud platforms like Azure, Google Workspace, Intune, Entra ID, etc.
• Lead the development and execution of our cloud strategy, aligning with business objectives and best practices, and exploring opportunities for AI integration.
• Drive initiatives for productivity, collaboration, communication, and device management, including packaging, deploying, and automating applications for end-users.
• Ensure security and compliance of the modern work environment, implementing and maintaining security measures and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into effective technology solutions and measurable results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize disruption for a global workforce.
• Stay up-to-date with technologies and trends in modern work, cloud computing, and AI applications in IT.
• Promote wellbeing and a supportive work environment, encouraging work-life balance and self-care.

Who You Are

• Expertise in designing and implementing modern workplace solutions and cloud/server infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of cloud computing models, security, governance, and platform technologies.
• Keen to explore and integrate AI solutions to optimize IT operations and user experiences.
• Proficient in Azure, Google Workspace, and Intune; strong scripting/automation skills; experience with IAM, security (DLP, BYOD, conditional access, authentication).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curious problem-solver with strong diagnostic abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and stay current with industry trends in modern work, cloud computing, and AI.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and focused on achieving shared goals.

Note: Prior experience in Cloud Platforms (Azure, Google Workspace), Automation & Scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.), and IAM are mandatory for this role.
