In this role, you will support outbound campaign operations and collaborate closely with the GTM Engineer. This is a full-time remote position based in Brazil.

This is an early hire with real ownership and impact.

About the Role:

The Inbox Manager is responsible for managing replies from cold email campaigns, converting positive replies into booked meetings, and supporting outbound campaign operations. The role also includes warm calling leads who showed interest but did not book. You will work closely with the GTM Engineer, owning day-to-day execution while they own strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client inboxes and respond quickly to replies.
• Turn positive replies into booked meetings and create handover notes.
• Use follow-up sequences and write custom replies when needed.
• Run warm calling to re-engage interested leads.
• Support campaign operations (Clay enrichment, QA, Smartlead setup).
• Keep tracking clean and share insights to improve campaigns.
