Overview

We are looking for a Implementation Manager to join our Professional Services team! Our Professional Services team partners with our clients to design, build and launch our Employee Success™ platform. We are looking for someone who can rapidly execute on all aspects of implementation, manage multiple projects effectively and work collaboratively with people from different functions to achieve project goals. If you have strong project management and consulting skills and love a challenge and driving results, you’ll thrive on our PS team!

Responsibilities

• Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently
• Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan (set up weekly meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, elevate risks and issues, propose new solutions to ensure project delivery)
• Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
• Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end
• Build and execute on communication plan to support program implementation and user adoption
• Work cross functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment with both internal Achievers resources and external client resources.
• Utilize tracking and reporting tools to ensure effective project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity
• Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required

Qualifications

• BA + 2+ years working in client implementation mgmt or equivalent relevant experience ina software implementation role, preferably SaaS
• Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects
• Experience with configuring and implementing software applicationsExperience managing and resolving risks and issues
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people
• Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive
• Evidence of effective multi-tasking, ability to manage complex and tight project schedules
• University degree in a related field
