A prominent HR solutions provider is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Brazil branch in Vila Velha to manage HR operations, drive local talent recruitment, and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 5 years HR experience, and be fluent in both Chinese and Portuguese. This role involves strategic alignment with the company's objectives while offering professional HR solutions and overseeing daily office activities.

Responsibilities
  • Fully responsible for HRBP operations at the Brazil branch, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and administrative support.
  • Align with company strategy to drive local talent recruitment and team building, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle daily HR matters, ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and related policies, and maintain employment legality.
  • Support the implementation and growth of business teams by providing professional HR solutions.
  • Oversee local office administrative affairs to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Serve as a bridge between headquarters and the Brazil team, facilitating bilingual communication (Chinese-Portuguese) and cultural integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR work experience, with at least 3 years in comprehensive HR management in Brazil.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws, compensation & benefits policies, and the local talent market.
