2) Corporate Culture (50%)
- HQ, LATAM Region corporate culture planning and operation
- Social media (,Ticktok) Support and Employer branding activities
- Organization health improvement activity (Survey and internal culture activity)
Preference who can use graphic or design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
3) HR Core assignment (10%)
- Core assigned Learning and development topic, performance development support.
