Responsibilities
  • Responds to employee questions using standard scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
  • Completes onboarding tasks such as document collection and data entry to support new hire integration.
  • Maintains HRIS records by entering basic employee data to ensure system accuracy.
  • Assists with employment form completion by following established procedures to support compliance.
  • Provides basic benefits information by referencing FAQs and policy documents to help employees understand options.
  • Routes complex inquiries to senior team members using escalation protocols to ensure timely resolution.
  • Supports payroll processing by verifying timecard data to help ensure accurate compensation.
  • Organizes HR files using naming conventions and retention schedules to maintain document integrity.
  • Learns HR policies and procedures through training and shadowing to build foundational knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; typically no prior professional experience.
