Responsibilities

For both Brazil and Mexico, the CHR representative will be responsible for :

• Employee and manager consultations
• HR data management and updates including backdates, system updates, etc.
• Vendor and PO management
• Recruiting and supporting onboarding process
• Benefits management
• EHS management
• Compliance and legal requirements
• SuccessFactors data management
• Payroll
• Policy management

Qualifications

• Higher education / degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, or related HR field with demonstrated experience in and passion for employee relations and support.
• HR experience working with global teams, partnering with legal and compliance functions, and attention to detail.
• Effective, professional, and collaborative communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open and collaborative mindset and approach, embracing a One Keysight perspective.
• Located in Brazil or Mexico.
• Ability to speak both Portuguese and Spanish desired.
