Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English (interviews will be conducted in English), Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with others, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and basic knowledge of SAP.
