The Global Data Management Partner - People Services Center plays a critical role in managing HR data operations, ensuring high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement.
This role oversees the day-to-day coordination of data processing tasks, supports transactional teams, and ensures process documentation is current and effective.
By transforming data into actionable insights, the partner enables informed decision-making and acts as a strategic advisor to HR and business stakeholders.
The position also fosters collaboration with global teams to streamline processes, optimize performance, and enhance the overall employee services experience.
