Your mission, roles and responsibilities :
  • Lead the annual performance management cycle for the assigned business unit, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback delivery, and merit calibration.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions, identifying high-potential employees and critical roles, and developing strategies to mitigate talent gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify, design, and deliver targeted training programs that address skill gaps and support employee growth.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies based on analysis of turnover data and exit interviews.
