About the Company Full Spectrum Search Group is a U.S.-based executive search firm specializing in leadership recruiting within senior living, skilled nursing, home health, and hospice.

About the Role

We are hiring an Appointment Setter based in São Paulo, Brazil to support our U.S. recruiting and business development efforts. This role works directly with executives and decision-makers in the United States. Fluent, professional English (spoken and written) is required. Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is also required.

This role will start off as an appointment setter to learn our industry, with a growth path into a full desk recruiter.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to U.S.-based executives and decision-makers
  • Set qualified meetings for senior sales and recruiting leaders
  • Deliver outreach through phone, email, SMS, and digital channels
  • Follow structured call scripts and messaging frameworks
  • Work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and conversion targets
  • Prioritize daily activities based on business needs and active searches
Qualifications
  • Fluent or near-native English required, with a professional speaking voice
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based companies, clients, or teams
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, sales development, recruiting support, or outbound calling preferred
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives over the phone
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus (training provided if needed)

Pay range and compensation package
