We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution, aligning business objectives, user needs, and technology teams. This role is responsible for defining the roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, usable, and results-driven products.
This is a key role connecting strategy, data, and execution, working cross-functionally with Technology, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations, within high-volume, high-concurrency digital products, such as online Casino platforms, with a strong focus on the Brazilian market.
● Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and local market needs.
● Build, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, based on impact, data, user feedback, and Brazilian market dynamics.
● Lead, mentor, and scale the Product Managers / Product Owners team.
● Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
● Translate business objectives into clear and actionable product requirements.
● Make decisions driven by metrics, experimentation, and continuous learning.
● Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue, engagement).
● Foster a strong culture of discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
● Act as an internal reference for product thinking and user experience.
● Collaborate with key stakeholders to align expectations, priorities, and outcomes.
