We are seeking experienced scholars or professors who have prior experience proposing or managing Special Issues (SI) in SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and submit SI proposals to SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals
• Define SI theme, scope, and editorial plan
• Collaborate with our editorial support team and journal offices
• Provide academic leadership during SI organization (no involvement in peer-review decisions)

Requirements

• Strong publication record in SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals
• Prior Guest Editor / SI proposal experience preferred
• Associate Professor / Professor level is ideal
• Excellent English academic communication skills
