Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing commercial offers
• Drafting and negotiating commodity sales & purchase contracts
• Ensuring smooth and fast document flow between all parties
• Monitoring execution of agreements, coordinating actions, and providing support on all delivery and fulfillment matters
• Handling business correspondence and translation when needed
• Managing cash flows, invoices, and payments in line with contracts
• Reporting on deals and maintaining accurate records in internal systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven execution experience in brokerage or grain trading
• Deep knowledge of FOB (domestic Brazil) and CIF (international) contracts
• Strong understanding of ocean, sea & river transport logistics
• Higher education (Economics, Law, Transport & Logistics preferred)
• Fluent English — mandatory; Spanish — advantage
• Knowledge of Incoterms, GAFTA, FOSFA
• Tech-savvy: CRM, ERP, Office tools
• PJ / contractor arrangement (self‑employed / freelance contract)

Pay

• R$8, R$10, per month
