We're looking for a highly data‑driven Google Ads Manager who understands e‑commerce unit economics and knows how to scale brands profitably to 8‑9 figures. This is not a media buyer role focused on surface‑level optimizations. We're looking for someone who thinks in contribution margin, ROAS targets, CAC / LTV, and scalable growth loops.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and scale Google Ads accounts for e‑commerce brands doing (or aiming for) high 7–8 figures
  • Make decisions based on unit economics, marginal ROAS, CPA thresholds, and blended performance
  • Actively manage and optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max at scale
  • Forecast, test, and scale budgets while maintaining profitability
  • Deeply analyze performance data (GA4, Ads, backend data) to drive growth decisions
  • Identify scaling constraints and opportunities across products, geos, and funnels
  • Work closely with strategy and leadership on growth planning and targets
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience specifically for e‑commerce
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, contribution margin, and LTV
  • Proven experience scaling profitable ad spend, not just maintaining accounts
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and testing aggressively
  • Strong analytical mindset, numbers drive your decisions, not gut feeling
  • Experience managing larger budgets and multiple SKUs
Big Plus If You Have
  • Experience scaling brands beyond € / $5–10M+ in annual revenue
  • Performance Max expertise beyond “set and forget”
  • Agency experience or exposure to multiple e‑commerce business models
  • CRO or funnel optimization knowledge
  • International scaling experience
