Purpose of the Role

We are a dynamic marketing agency seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel Administrator to serve as the foundational architect of our client delivery system. Your primary mission will be to leverage deep platform expertise and core marketing knowledge to build, configure, and optimize our agency's GoHighLevel master account and all client sub-accounts. You will translate marketing strategies into high-performing, automated systems that drive results for our clients and streamline our operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Management: Serve as the primary admin for our agency's GoHighLevel master account. Build and manage sub-accounts from initial setup to ongoing optimization, ensuring structural integrity and scalability.
• End-to-End Client Onboarding: Design and implement complete GoHighLevel ecosystems for new clients, including CRM configuration, pipeline setup, custom fields, tagging structures, and user permissions.
• Marketing Automation & Funnel Development: Build sophisticated, multi-step marketing automation workflows, email sequences, and SMS campaigns. Design and construct high-converting sales funnels and websites using GoHighLevel's site and funnel builders.
• Advanced Integration & Systems Connectivity: Utilize tools like N8N, Make, or Zapier to create seamless integrations between GoHighLevel and third-party applications (e.g., calendars, payment processors, membership platforms), enhancing functionality and data flow.
• AI Integration & Innovation: Implement and configure GoHighLevel’s AI tools, including AI Agents and AI Voice Agents, to automate client engagement, qualify leads, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Data, Reporting & Optimization: Monitor campaign and funnel performance, analyze CRM data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Team Training & Support: Act as the in-house GoHighLevel expert, providing guidance and basic training to our account management and sales teams on platform best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Platform Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel’s core features and the nuanced use of specialized tools for agencies and sub-accounts.
• Marketing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of marketing principles (lead generation, nurturing, conversion) and the ability to translate them into technical setups.
• Technical Execution: Proven ability to design, build, and troubleshoot complex marketing automation workflows, email/SMS campaigns, and sales funnels.
• CRM Mastery: Extensive experience in CRM setup, pipeline management, automation rules, and user management.
• Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with automation platforms like N8N, Make, or Zapier to connect GHL with external apps and services.
• AI Implementation: Practical experience with setting up and configuring GoHighLevel’s/Third Party AI Agents and AI Voice Agents.
• Agency Experience: Prior experience working in or for a marketing/digital agency is a significant plus.
