Club B is the BEES' Rewards Program, where more than 2.5M customers earn points for their purchases through the app and by completing personalized points-based offers. Points can be redeemed for free products, prizes and experiences. Club B’s main role is to foster digital engagement, building strong bonds with customers and serve as a commercial lever for BEES and its sellers

What you'll do:

  • Lead the global points generation strategy gobally with exposure to senior leadership and +20 countries.
  • Improve Club B’s investment efficiency and its impact on commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with teams over multiple countries to identify oportunities and provide guidance on their strategy.
  • Work with tech and design teams to develop product solutions based on the business needs.
  • Leverage AI to build data product solutions and algorithms together with the data science and analytics teams.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience manipulating databases (Databricks), SQL, (Python is a plus).
  • Advanced analytical skills and AI.
  • Solid background in working with digital products.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Experience in the CPG, tech business, loyalty, digital platforms or revenue management positions is a nice to have.
