Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end logistics, warehouse, and delivery operations in Brazil.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

• Manage Warehouse Operations: Ensure accurate inventory records, timely local deliveries, smooth customs clearance, and secure business operations.
• Suppler Relationship Management: Assist in supplier certification, on-site management, and procurement to implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Delivery Risk Management: Identify risks and exceptions, drive resolution and improvement; regularly report delivery and inventory status to the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas.
• Postgraduate specialization (MBA, Logistics, Operations) is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or related roles.
• Strong experience managing outsourced warehouse partners and last-mile delivery providers.
