Product Manager

Responsible for developing solutions focused on client needs and improving existing products to enhance client experience.

Key Activities
  • Identify the needs of target markets for Cash Management products.
  • Deliver high quality products on a profitable basis through assistance in developing and delivering product strategies aligned with demands from sales, operations & technology.
Major Responsibilities
  • Determine short and long term product goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement product strategies and action plans based on bank goals.
  • Define product requirements and perform product user testing for new products or enhancements.
  • Establish and ensure adherence to product quality standards.
  • Recommend and implement product-pricing changes.
  • Develop product marketing collateral and customer usage reports.
  • Compile product profitability and customer usage reports.
  • Provide product sales training to consultants and line organizations.
  • Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training.
Qualifications

Typically requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.) and a minimum of four years of experience in Cash Management.
