You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget.

This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.

How you will contribute

• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and elevate them to global leads or the program manager when needed
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings, and lead stakeholder meetings
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
• Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
• Own the relationship with the external vendors, including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

Specific job requirements

Project execution:

• Coordinate the execution of Mondelez Digital Services Brazil projects, ensuring that tasks are assigned and deadlines are met;
• Ensure the methodology for each project (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile);
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and regional / global towers.

Pre-project planning:

• Collaborate with business teams and regional / global towers to define the scope, objectives, and requirements of the project;
• Work with stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals and ensure alignment with business goals;
• Ensure communication between technical project / technology teams and business leaders in biweekly sessions.

Risk mitigation:

• Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks by implementing mitigation strategies.

Documentation and compliance:

• Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with regional, global, and business unit methodological standards;
• Support audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Regional and global integration:

• Collaborate with regional and global Digital Services teams to integrate their knowledge and resources into project planning;
• Ensure that project results are aligned with the organization's regional and global strategies.
