Job Description:

  • Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HQ Project team to maintain and implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services.
  • Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements precisely. Drive full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team and HQ team to present to management.
  • Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline.
  • Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery. Review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timely update.
  • Identify and address problems that arise with the project team. Decide alternatives/work‑around in time to ensure project deliverables still meet expectations.
  • Ensure UAT/SIT acceptable from project personnel and report to stakeholders on project outcomes to conduct proper project closure and handover to operation phase.
  • Create and maintain records of project documentations.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities on solutions / processes / standard frameworks, etc, work with HQ team to propose and implement to support the idea of pursuing better IT experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience in delivering IT or technology projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Passionate in IT infrastructure domain.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and follow‑up skills, ensuring timely updates and prompt action throughout project execution to maintain momentum and accountability across teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners.
  • High‑quality and successful project delivery experience in IT infrastructure setup and solutions. Network and system setup project experience and coordination experience with multiple regions are added advantages.
  • Strong coordination and excellent project management skills, vendor management skills.
  • Good sense of problem locating, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Result‑oriented, outstanding sense of prioritization, and time management.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, Hybrid, in the city of Sao Paulo.

In this role you will:

Technical Project Manager (TPM) with seniority on ERP implementation, preferably Oracle OTC (Order to Cash) modules . This expert you will be responsible for overseeing Oracle's order to cash processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite for all Wabtec sites in Latin America, and also Brazilian Localization applications.

This role involves working closely with functional areas to understand their business processes and requirements. On the other hand, it is necessary to take the same approach with technical teams (internal and subcontractors) to implement the setup to meet business needs, providing ongoing support and optimization.

Main responsibilities

  • Oversee Oracle's order to cash processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite on all Wabtec sites in Latin America.
  • Manage Oracle EBS implementation or expansion projects, eliciting requirements with functional areas, prepare functional documentation according to the standards, support the design solution and prepare test scenarios to perform/validate setup and configurations.
  • Work on all project phases being a point of contact both for key users and technical teams, including third‑party.
  • Understand and work from functional and technical specifications, plus ability to generate and validate system design specifications.
  • Co‑ordination with third‑party vendors and IT global teams for issue resolution.
  • Manage knowledge base and documentation created during the project implementation (technical or/and for end users).
  • Follow IT governance and processes, standards and tools accordingly.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive discussions in English.
  • Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks or related STEM courses.
  • 5+ years’ experience on ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge in OTC business processes.
  • Experience working on ERP teams of large enterprises and/or ERP implementations.
  • Quick learner and independent worker who is adaptable, eager, flexible, and organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills required to include the ability to provide written and verbal instructions, and compile and present information clearly.
  • Good presentation skills and be able to pitch programs meetings and status updates for senior leadership.
  • Analytical and reasoning ability for solving problems and good judgment for complex decision‑making.
  • Capable of planning and organizing work and processes; ability to self‑direct multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Telecommunications Project Manager (Wireless)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the Telecommunications sector to lead complex initiatives involving network deployment, modernization, and expansion. This professional will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards, while ensuring strong alignment between clients, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close telecom projects (RAN, Core, IP, FTTH, DWDM, power and site infrastructure).
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality indicators (SLAs, KPIs), ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, deployment, logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors).
  • Lead regular meetings with telecom operators and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency, governance, and alignment.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate technical, operational, and commercial risks.
  • Prepare and present executive reports to clients and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations (e.g., ANATEL) and international quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, aiming at efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Telecommunications, or related areas is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in the telecommunications sector.
  • Solid experience in project management within the telecommunications sector (mobile networks, fixed networks, or backbone).
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecom technologies (4G/5G RAN, IP/MPLS, DWDM, FTTH, power and infrastructure for telecom sites).
  • Proven experience managing projects of high complexity, involving multiple vendors and Tier‑1 telecom operators.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid).
  • Certifications are a plus: PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL.
  • English is the primary working language; fluency is required. Portuguese fluency both written and spoken is a must.
  • Availability to work full on‑site at the São Paulo – Berrini office.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to engage technical and field teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Established professional relationship with major Brazilian telecom operators (TIM, Claro, Vivo, Oi/Algar) is highly desirable.

IT Project Manager 90% English – Build New Opportunities

Overall delivery responsibility for the project/s ensuring the successful delivery of the objectives as defined in the Program/Portfolio Strategy.
