Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systems
• Build and maintain configuration management systems across multiple environments
• Create simulation/mock environments for third-party API integrations
• Develop and optimize Chrome extensions that improve internal workflows
• Build internal reporting frameworks for operational and financial data
• Create a layered permissions Admin Panel to reduce support load
• Implement best-in-class monitoring, logging, and observability
• Collaborate with developers, product, and ops to deliver tools that actually get used
• Contribute to the architecture and design of our internal systems and services

Senior Software Engineer – LATAM Solutions

Role: Senior Software Engineer / Principal role focused on leading architecture and engineering strategy while remaining hands-on. Remote | LATAM. You will work with the executive team to scale technology, grow the team, and influence the platform’s trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of critical systems with high impact across multiple teams
• Drive technical strategy and set engineering standards for scalability, performance, security, and reliability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business to influence product direction
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and revenue considerations
• Hire and mentor senior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and coaching
• Dive deep into the code, especially in high-stakes systems (distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, low-latency pipelines)
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies that provide leverage
• Brainstorm with the executive team on new software initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a principal role
• Proven ability to drive complex technical projects from 0 to production
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure
• Strong architectural skills and pragmatic design approach
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-team stakeholders
• Empathetic leadership and ability to build trust across teams
• Proficiency in Python, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, ML/AI; fluency in core engineering principles
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
