A religious organization is seeking a Frontend Web Development Course Instructor to mentor students in web design using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. This part-time position allows for flexible schedules, requiring 10-12 hours of work weekly. Instructors focus on fostering academic success without grading student work. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and have experience in online teaching and mentoring, while fluency in both English and Portuguese is essential. Additional qualifications include proficiency in web development tools and strong interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be fluent in English and submit their application in English to be considered.

These courses provide students with foundational web design and development skills enabling them to contribute on web development teams.
BYU Pathway and BYU Idaho online courses are structured to include both an instructor and graders. Instructors are responsible for teaching and overall course delivery while graders support the learning process by reviewing and evaluating assignments and providing students with constructive feedback. We are seeking instructors who will apply their skills and subject matter expertise to mentor students and facilitate teaching/learning experiences.
NOTE: An applicants résumé and official transcripts will be used to determine eligibility to serve as an instructor for the Frontend Web Development courses. Please clearly highlight relevant education professional work and technologies on your résumé.

Candidates advancing to the next stage of the hiring process will be required to provide the following academic documents:
Academic documents issued by Brazilian or international institutions are acceptable provided they are officially recognized in Brazil and the country of origin (Bacharelado Licenciatura Mestrado Mestrado Profissional).
In-progress transcripts and associate-level degrees are not acceptable. A completed bachelors degree is the minimum requirement for this position.
