O candidato ideal deve ter mais de 3 anos de experiência no setor, um portfólio de trabalhos em design web e habilidades em ferramentas como Figma e Adobe XD. Qualificações

• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em design e desenvolvimento de sites com Webflow e WordPress.
• Portfólio forte mostrando design web, trabalho em UX/UI e protótipos.
• Proficiência em ferramentas de wireframing e princípios de design responsivo.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar e desenvolver sites responsive e visualmente atraentes em Webflow e WordPress.
• Criar wireframes e designs completos alinhados às necessidades do usuário.
• Colaborar com equipes internas para esclarecer requisitos e garantir execução.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites in Webflow and WordPress .
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals.
• Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.
• Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices , accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.
• Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/WordPress capabilities.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience designing AND developing websites using Webflow and WordPress .
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds .
• Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS , and responsive design principles.
• Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.
• Strong communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly.
• Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.

Bonus Points

• Experience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow.
• Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.
• Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.

Work Details

• Hours: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. MST , Monday to Friday
• Requires a working level of written and spoken English
