Description and Requirements

Job Description Summary

The IT Analyst Developer will develop applications supporting global corporate functions such as Legal and HR. These applications may be used internally or externally as contracted services. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT team members to understand requirements and implement system solutions, including bug fixes, new features, enhancements, and report development.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to determine solution approaches.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including detailed stories, process diagrams, and integration designs.
• Document project progress using tools like Jira.
• Design UI features, develop code, and perform unit testing.
• Support data extraction, analysis, transformation, and upload processes across systems.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and use cases.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training.
• Support daily operations through ticket resolution, debugging, root cause analysis, and issue fixing.
