About The Team Our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team's challenge is to help Nubank make better financial decisions. Our mission is to understand the company's performance from a financial perspective by analyzing past results and creating future projections. Broadly, our team is subdivided into FP&A Horizontals, FP&A Markets, FP&A Global Products, FP&A Efficiency, and Procurement.
