SJI is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented FP&A Manager with broad finance experience and a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. This role will oversee financial management, modeling, P&L and capital forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc and variance analysis, and reporting for a key operating segment. The FP&A Manager will champion process improvement, automation, and the adoption of AI-driven analytics, while serving as a strategic business partner to segment leaders and cross-functional teams. This leader will advise on business performance and help steer decision‑making to achieve organizational goals.
