• Deliver value add business analysis through financial analytics;
• Manages a team of individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management - P&L and FCF;
• Contributes strategic financial analysis, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Lead RGM:
Understand pricing positioning index vs main competitors;
Ensure internal portfolio positioning,
Review of Sales Policy and List Price by channel,
Evaluate Promotional campaigns,
Pricing List maintenance and update on controls | SAP;
Analysis of product launch viability;
• Perform Pricing and Revenue Controls;
• Update monthly presentation and dashboard for financial analysis focused on PVM (Price, Volume, Mix) and profitability by product and channel;
• Shape, deliver and communicate key management presentations in partnership with business stakeholders.
• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required (preferred major in Economy, Accounting, Finance or Engineering);
• CPA, CMA, MBA as a plus;
• Advanced English;
• Advanced level on Digital Skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI as example).
• Team management experience is preferred.
• Business Support, Pricing and Financial knowledge are required. Compliance, Costing and Accounting background is a plus;
• Professional experience is required;
• Strong communication and influencing skills;
• Ability to work autonomously to achieve defined objectives;
• A track record of driving constructive change should be evident;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.
