Finance Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for increasing the efficiency and profitability of the company, leading the team to drive operational excellence, the accuracy of reporting, and managing projects for process improvements. What You Will Do:

• Oversee the company's annual budget and revisions.
• Manage a team of financial analysts.
• Improve the budget control process and ensure compliance.
• Discuss variances in overheads with business unit leaders and address corrective actions.
• Identify and eliminate unnecessary spending.
• Prepare financial reports for top management and the Board of Directors.
• Identify improvement opportunities across all business areas.
• Support the Director of Control in day-to-day operations.
