Responsibilities
  • Issue invoices for equipment sales, transportation, returns, demonstrations, or repairs based on sales contracts and agreements.
  • Collect receivables from equipment and parts sales; update statement lists for clients.
  • Update receivable write-off sheets weekly for the accounting team; share bank receipt identifications with the China team every Friday.
  • Gather all purchase documents to facilitate payments, including purchases related to warehouse rent, import expenses, advance payments to clearance agents, and import taxes (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
  • Share all invoices weekly with the financial specialist, including equipment-related invoices, supplier invoices, and expense invoices such as credit card expenditures.
  • Input all expense, purchase, and equipment-related invoices into the ERP system before the 2nd working day of the following month, adhering to third-party booking deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in written English.
