Field Service Engineering T4

The Field Service Engineering T4 is responsible for delivering services to our customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices. The FSE leads the installed base assigned to them for excellence in performance and acts as the strongest link between the real needs of customers and the Beckman Coulter organization, acting as a business partner. Leadership is essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs.

This position reports to the Field Service Coordinator SP+ and is part of Service Brasil located in Belo Horizonte – MG and will be an on‑site role.

Working exclusively within one of the company’s most important clients as a Resident Engineer.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Customer‑facing role and build relationships.
• Lead as a team member and in partnership with peers and the entire organization to achieve results.
• Act as a role model in how to better serve customers, manage demands versus priorities, and lead plans that impact service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
• Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Engineering or similar, with experience in technical services.
• 5 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry.
• Proven experience with hands‑on service, pre‑ and post‑installation, field and remote operations, skill with processes and KPIs, and lead execution of action plans for deviations.
• Advanced English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements:

• Available for travelling 40% of work time, on site with customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
