Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You’ll Do:

• Production Support: Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.
• Enhancements & Development: Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.
• Download Services: Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)
