MISSION Lead and oversee all Facilities operations across Corporate Offices, R&D Labs, Manufacturing Plant, and Distribution Center, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective infrastructure.

Drive operational excellence through strong vendor management, robust maintenance programs, and continuous improvement.

Act as the key connection between local operations and global standards for EHS, Engineering, and Sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure a safe work environment by promoting a strong safety culture and full compliance with legal requirements, NRs, company HSE policies, and global corporate standards.

Guarantee the integrity, reliability, and availability of all facilities infrastructure, including utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, water treatment, fire protection, building automation, and critical assets.

Lead, develop, and oversee internal and outsourced teams (maintenance, cleaning, security, reception, gardening, cafeteria, and services).

Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring uptime and operational continuity for Office, R&D Labs, Manufacturing, and Distribution Center.

Oversee facilities services to ensure high service levels, cost efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.

Lead improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, waste reduction, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with certifications, internal audits, external audits, and global standards (ISO, GMP where applicable).

Oversee space planning, workplace strategy, building layout updates, and occupancy optimization.

Manage construction projects, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure modifications from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with Capex governance.

Coordinate incident management, emergency response plans, fire brigade activities, and building security protocols.

Monitor and manage facilities KPIs, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Manage Opex and Capex budgets, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial targets.

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Security, Finance) to ensure seamless and compliant operations.

Ensure vendor management excellence, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Serve as the main point of contact for facilities matters with local leadership and global functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience managing Facilities operations across multi-site or complex environments (Office, Industrial, Logistics, or R&D).

Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, or facilities services.

Strong technical background in building systems (HVAC, electrical, utilities, fire systems).

Demonstrated experience in maintenance management, vendor management, and project leadership.

Solid understanding of Brazilian regulatory requirements (NRs), engineering standards, and EHS.

Proven experience in managing Capex and Opex budgets.

Experience in multinational environments is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Advanced English is mandatory.
