Meta Paid Ads Specialist
We're seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience managing campaigns for multiple industries and U.S.based clients , ideally within a marketing agency environment.
If you excel at building, optimizing, and scaling high-ROI campaigns while managing multiple client accounts at once, we want to talk to you.
What We're Looking For
- Availability during U.S. commercial hours (8am-6pm EST) with flexibility to handle urgent matters outside these hours when necessary.
- Proven track record managing $10k+ / month in ad spend per client with measurable success.
- Experience with U.S.based clients and understanding of U.S. market trends.
- Background working in a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel setup.
- Strong skills in conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel building.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for client management.
- Fluent in English — both written and spoken — for clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.

What You'll Do
- Provide clear, actionable performance reports to clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
- Stay current with Meta policy changes, trends, and algorithm updates.
- Strategize, launch, and manage high-converting campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
- Work across multiple industries , adapting strategies to different markets and goals.
- Conduct in-depth audience research, targeting, and segmentation for each client.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate on scroll-stopping creatives.
- Implement A / B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaigns daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with clients or leadership to define goals and create strategies to meet them.
- Oversee campaign design and content to ensure relevance for the target audience.
- Work with all aspects of social media advertising including automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, and video ads.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform changes, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Test variations of ads to identify top performers.
- Measure and optimize campaigns using vendor dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
- Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for new advertising campaign concepts, content, and design elements.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, etc
Proven success managing other ad platforms — Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, etc.
