We're Hiring:

Facebook / LinkedIn Ads Media Buyer (Full-Time) Remote (U.S. hours) 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST Clients Blackbox Clients Blackbox is looking for a full-time Media Buyer to manage and scale paid traffic for our client portfolio, primarily in the financial advisory niche.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable managing multiple ad accounts at scale.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Manage client ad accounts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid channels
  • Analyze ad creative, copy, audiences, and funnel performance to improve results
  • Conduct audience, offer, and market research within the financial services space
  • Launch and manage structured tests to improve CPA, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Identify bottlenecks across ads, landing pages, and funnels
  • Collaborate closely with creative, copywriting, and tech teams
  • Communicate with clients via Slack, email, and occasional Zoom calls
  • Join daily team huddles (9:45 AM CST) and weekly all-hands meetings
  • Stay up to date with Meta Ads best practices, policy changes, and testing strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads (Google Ads is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of direct response marketing
  • Comfortable working with metrics like CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS
  • Experience managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
  • Familiar with Ads Manager, GA4, Google Sheets, and Slack
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with U.S. culture and U.S. market behavior is required
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience working with financial advisors or service-based businesses
  • Funnel optimization or conversion rate optimization experience
