Job Summary

The AGCO Global Demand and Planning team has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Global Demand & Planning Analyst to join its team in delivering extraordinary results to our farmers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Care, Logistics to optimize operating costs, inventory value, and customer service levels.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production facilities, New Product Launch Specialist, Purchasing and Procurement to ensure new product availability in time to support launch dates.
  • Identify and incorporate product knowledge, dealer profiles, seasonality and regional / local conditions to enhance inventory planning capabilities
  • Steer continuous improvement in Forecast & Planning to improve parts availability and service.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual results / accomplishments.
  • Manage and manipulate data in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau.
