About the Role

Talent acquisition professionals play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent to drive business success. As a seasoned Talent Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical roles. As the single point of contact between internal teams, you will manage sourcing candidates, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization while leveraging external sourcing channels when needed.

Responsibilities

You will concurrently manage multiple client requirements (typically 3–4 at a time), conducting thorough talent pool assessments and identifying supply-demand gaps.

Requirements & Qualifications
