Establish and maintain a collaborative, long-term relationship with decision-makers and stakeholders at major clients.
Conduct strategic visit planning focused on optimizing sales and developing the potential of each account.
Be the guardian of sales quotas in their area, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of volume and revenue objectives.
Drive sales volume across all Colgate product categories.
Ensure the registration and rapid introduction of new products and launches in retail chains.
Develop and implement in-store sales activities and plans that drive brand visibility and purchase conversion.
Remain constantly updated on market dynamics, including pricing policies, promotions, and stock levels.
Use this information to support strategic, high-impact negotiations with clients.
