Your Role

You’ll serve as the operational backbone and trusted assistant to C-level executives, ensuring their time, tasks, and communication flow smoothly. This role blends executive support, project coordination, and personal assistance — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and precision.

You’ll
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day priorities
  • Send thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and milestones
  • Conduct product, vendor, and travel research
  • Prepare and redesign presentations and documents
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and dining reservations
  • Track goals and serve as an accountability partner
  • Support ongoing projects that keep the team focused and efficient
