Qualificações

Role Summary

This role is for a position within the Instrumentation and Control department that works with mine sites around the world (both remotely and on site). We deploy and integrate optimization solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion to engineer real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and engineering of instrumentation and control systems

Design, sizing, and selection of instruments (valves, flow meters, pressure transmitter, etc.)

Design and drafting of P&ID's

On-site commissioning

Remote support of mineral processing plants

Producing technical documentation (e.G. functional descriptions, instrument lists, instrument datasheets, reports, specifications, drawings)

Conducting feasibility studies (with focus on instrumentation and control, operations optimization)

Conducting data and control loop analysis

R&D initiatives for developing innovative solutions for the mineral processing industry

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Control Engineering, or a related field
• Experiênce within the process industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge and Experience working with AutoCAD Plant 3d (P&ID) or similar design software packages.
• Knowledge and Experience working with control systems (ABB, DeltaV, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Honeywell, etc.) and / or loop tuning;
